1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing days exclude weekends and public holidays. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or official holidays. During peak seasons, promotional events, or inventory updates, order processing may be delayed by 1–2 additional business days.
Once your order is confirmed, we will verify product availability and payment status before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address, including street address, city, state, postal code, and contact information. We are not liable for undelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We provide standard international shipping for all orders. Estimated delivery times are listed below for reference:

All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs clearance procedures, local logistics efficiency, weather conditions, public holidays, or unexpected logistics delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order and will be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete payment. We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees according to logistics market changes without prior notice. Free shipping promotions will be specified on the website during promotional periods.
5. Order Tracking
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. You can monitor your package delivery status online at any time. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment due to logistics system synchronization delays.
6. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or related processing fees. Please check your local customs policy before placing an order.
In the event that the package is detained, returned, or abandoned by local customs due to customer refusal to pay duties or non-compliance with local import regulations, we will not issue a refund.
7. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, refusal of delivery, or customs rejection, the customer shall bear the return shipping cost and reshipping fee. To resend the order, the customer needs to pay additional logistics fees. If the customer requests a refund in this case, we will deduct the actual shipping and return handling fees from the total order amount.
8. Shipping Delay Exceptions
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemic control policies, international logistics suspension, customs inspection delays, and carrier service adjustments.
