This Shipping Policy outlines processing timelines, delivery estimates, authorized shipping carriers, tracking rules, and standard logistics terms applicable to our storage baskets, wall racks, floor organizers, countertop bins, and decorative storage sets.

1. Shipping Coverage Area
We ship orders to all valid physical residential and commercial addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery service is restricted or unavailable for the following locations:
  • Remote rural ZIP codes with limited carrier coverage
  • PO Boxes
  • APO / FPO military addresses
  • Freight forwarding warehouses
  • Commercial locations with restricted carrier access
If your shipping address is undeliverable, shipping options will not appear at checkout, and our support team will contact you to resolve the issue before your order enters processing.
2. Order Processing Time
Standard processing window: 1–3 business days after payment is fully authorized and verified.
All orders are processed Monday through Friday only. Processing is suspended on weekends and official U.S. federal holidays.
Extended handling time may apply under the following conditions:
  • Orders containing oversized storage sets
  • Orders requiring multiple carton separation
  • Mandatory stock inventory verification
  • Special shockproof packaging for fragile crystal and glass components
  • Recipient address validation procedures
  • High-volume peak holiday shopping seasons
Processing time refers to the period from payment confirmation until the package is picked up by the designated logistics carrier.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipments: 4–8 business days after carrier dispatch.
Large oversized storage units: 5–12 business days, depending on destination location and carrier transit routes.
All delivery dates are estimated and non-binding. Shipping delays may occur due to extreme weather conditions, carrier operational backlogs, holiday logistics congestion, regional transportation interruptions, or address verification delays.
4. Shipping Carriers
We utilize trusted U.S. domestic logistics providers for all order delivery, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and specialized large-item freight carriers.
Final carrier assignment is determined based on each package’s size, weight, fragility level, and delivery destination.
5. Free Shipping Benefit
Free standard ground shipping is available for all eligible orders delivered within the United States. No separate standard delivery fees will be applied during checkout. Applicable sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address in accordance with local state tax regulations.
6. Fragile Item Packaging Standards
Many of our storage products include delicate components such as crystal ornaments, glass panels, and polished metal decorative parts. To prevent in-transit damage, we implement heavy-duty protective packaging measures, including custom foam inserts, shock-absorbing internal supports, multi-layer reinforced cartons, and separate individual packaging for fragile accessories.
Large storage units may be partially disassembled before packaging to minimize breakage and transit risks.
7. Order Tracking Rules
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a shipment confirmation email containing full tracking information will be sent to your checkout email address.
Tracking details may require 24–48 hours to display real-time transit updates after carrier pickup. Registered website users may also view live tracking status within their personal account dashboard.
8. Multiple Split Shipments
Oversized or bundled multi-piece storage sets are frequently divided into two or more independent cartons for safer transportation.
Split packages may feature unique tracking numbers, ship on different days, and arrive at separate times. This is standard procedure for combined storage sets and does not constitute missing or incomplete orders.
9. Shipping Address Modifications

Address changes are only permitted before packages are released to the shipping carrier. After dispatch, address rerouting is subject to carrier policies and may result in additional redelivery or reroute fees.
10. Pre-Dispatch Order Cancellation
Full order cancellation with a complete refund is allowed before packaging and carrier dispatch procedures begin.
Once packing processing or carrier pickup has commenced, cancellation requests will not be approved. All post-dispatch changes must follow our official Returns & Refund Policy.
11. Damaged Package Claims
If your package arrives with visible exterior or interior damage, preserve all original packaging materials and take clear photos of the outer shipping box, printed shipping label, internal protective fillers, and all broken or defective product components.
You must submit a damage claim and supporting evidence to our support team within 7 calendar days after delivery confirmation.
12. Lost or Stalled Shipments
If your tracking status shows prolonged delays, or marks as delivered without successful receipt, please complete the following checks first: inspect porches, mailboxes, and exterior delivery zones; verify with apartment management or front desk staff; confirm with household members and neighboring residents; and open a carrier investigation request directly with the logistics provider.
If the issue remains unresolved, contact our customer service team to initiate an official package trace and recovery request.
13. Incorrect Address Liability
Customers are solely responsible for submitting complete, accurate, and valid shipping information at checkout.
Packages returned to our warehouse due to address typos, missing unit or suite numbers, inaccessible delivery premises, or customer refusal will require additional reshipping fees for re-delivery.
14. On-Site Delivery Inspection Recommendation
Our storage products contain fragile glass, crystal, and polished decorative components. We strongly recommend conducting a full on-site inspection immediately upon delivery.
All visible damage, missing parts, or manufacturing defects must be reported before product assembly or wall installation.
